I’m Dr Rebecca Hiscutt, PhD, a UK Registered Dietitian with over 20 years’ experience helping people enhance their mental and physical wellbeing through practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies.

With the rising number of young people experiencing anxiety, I specialise in supporting parents of tweens and teens with evidence-based guidance and easy-to-apply tools that harness the powerful link between nutrition and brain health.

I also work with mums and women in midlife, many of whom feel depleted or are navigating the challenges of perimenopause.  I provide tailored support to restore energy, balance mood, and build long-term health.
